CODA, one of several new construction high rise apartment projects recently added to our residential FF&E procurement portfolio is the first to be green certified. The Coda community has 182 apartments and features a year-round rooftop pool and lounge with panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains and Denver’s skyline. The eco-friendly building will be LEED Gold-certified, and 100% smoke free, with comprehensive composting and recycling programs. The climate-controlled garage includes electric vehicle charging stations.
