Anyone who’s met Elisa will tell you she’s a person who emanates gusto in all things – whether immersing herself in Bray Whaler’s daily workings, or mountain biking over Kenosha Pass. Elisa entered the world of hospitality procurement in 1987 with Bray Associates, and over the past two decades, has built the company she loves into the award-winning Bray Whaler of today.
Some people’s vigor for life is so contagious they inspire you to leap tall hotels with a single bound – as does Ronnie Bray, founding partner of Bray Whaler. Anyone who’s worked on a project with Ronnie will agree that she is not only kind, and generous with praise, but is tenacious about making sure that every aspect of the process is optimized, no compromises.
When it came time for Bray Whaler to open a Dallas office, it was clear that Jennifer Fisk was the person to take the lead. As Vice President of Operations, Jennifer has keen insight into what makes our company and projects successful – and is a pro at communicating this to all members of the team.
A project manager recently said, “If I were to look up the word ‘proactive,’ Nicole Oren’s face would be there, smiling back at me.” It’s not an exaggeration to say that more than one client has described Nicole as their “dream purchasing agent.” She specializes in highly designed boutique and historic hotels, as well as upscale urban projects.
Maggie is a dynamo, with exuberant energy and sense of humor that belies her serious side. She focuses on clear communication and realistic deadlines, maintaining a strict “no surprises” guarantee with clients. She began her purchasing career with Bray Whaler in OS&E, and over the past 9 years has handled portfolios of boutique and lifestyle hotels in addition to several large new construction projects for major institutional owners.
