New Omni Louisville Turns History Into Hotel Design
Speakeasy? Bowling Alley? Welcome to Omni Louisville.
One block from the Kentucky International Convention Center, the luxurious new Omni Hotel Louisville is coming to life.
Bray Whaler is honored to be handling FF&E and OS&E procurement for Omni Hotels & Resorts. Slated to open in Spring of 2018, the hotel is inspired by the city’s rich history and culture. The hotel will transform a city block into an exciting mixed-use venue for guests and locals.
The 612-room hotel is sure to become a prominent landmark against the Louisville skyline with three intersecting glass towers and a rooftop pool bar. The essence of Louisville is woven throughout the hotel and public areas with interior design elements that blend the city’s heritage, culture and character including a bourbon bar in the hotel’s Speakeasy, a bowling alley and historical references to the Kentucky Derby. The dynamic 20,000 square foot urban lifestyle market is connected to the lobby of the hotel and transforms Liberty Street into a pedestrian thoroughfare.
